摘要
目的探讨糖尿病护理团队在风险管理中的作用。方法明确团队中各小组的管理职责、工作内容、主要任务,训练护理人员的风险防范意识。结果提高了护士的风险管理能力,规范了风险管理专业行为,提高了护士的整体素质和工作成就感。结论糖尿病护理团队的建立,形成了群体风险防范意识,实现了人人参与风险管理,规范了风险管理专业行为,提高了患者及家属对疾病风险的认识,改善了护患关系,提高了护理工作满意度,做到了护理质量的持续改进。
Objective To discuss the role of diabetes nursing teams in risk management. Methods The diabetes nursing teams were set up. The management responsibilities,work content and main tasks of each team were identified. Results This practice enhanced nurses＇ risk management competency,standardized risk management behaviors,improved nurses＇ general quality and promoted the team members＇ sense of achievement. Conclusions The set up of diabetes nursing teams promoted the formation of team risk precaution awareness to make everyone involve in risk management ,establish quality control system, standardize risk management behaviors,enhance patients＇ and family members＇ understanding to the risks of diseases,improve nurse-patient relationship,increase patient satisfaction and achieve the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
