摘要
为了探讨一氧化氮(NO)对镧(La)胁迫下牧草生理响应的调节作用,采用水培方法,研究了外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对300μmol·L-1LaCl3胁迫下黑麦草幼苗光合特性及矿质元素吸收的影响.结果表明,在La胁迫下,喷施50μmol·L-1SNP显著提高了黑麦草根尖和叶片中NO的含量,叶片光合色素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔限制值(Ls)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭(qP)和地上部K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn及根系K、Ca、Mg、P、Zn、Fe含量显著提高;叶片胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、非光化学猝灭(NPQ)及地上部La、P和根系Mn含量明显降低.表明NO可通过改善叶片光合活性,维持矿质元素平衡,从而缓解La胁迫对黑麦草光合作用的抑制.
In order to discuss the regulating effect of nitric oxide (NO) on the herbage physiological response under lanthanum stress, a hydroponic experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on photosynthetic characteristics and mineral element contents in ryegrass (Lolium perenne L. ) seedlings under 300μmol·L^-1LaCl3 LaCI3 stress. The results showed that under the stress, spraying 50μmol·L^-1 SNP significantly increased NO contents in root tips and leaves of ryegrass seedlings. Leaf photosynthetic pigment contents, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) , stomatal conductance ( Gs ), transpiration rate ( Tr) , stomatal limitation value ( Ls) , PS lI maximum photochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm ), actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ), photochemical quenching (qP), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn) contents in shoots and K, Ca, Mg, phosphorus (P), Zn, Fe contents in roots also greatly increased; while intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci), non-photochemical quenching ( NPQ), lanthanum ( La), P contents in shoots and Mn content in roots dramatically decreased. The results indicated that NO could improve photosynthetic activity and maintain the mineral nutrition balance, thus alleviate the inhibition of photosynthesis in ryegrass by lanthanum stress.
