摘要
介绍以加强门式起重机结构来提高起重量的方案 ,对因焊接变形对结构的影响和焊接残余应力对主梁承载能力的影响作了分析 ,提出了在改造过程中应注意的问题。
This paper introduces a solution to increase hoisting capacity for gantry cranes by strengthening the construction,analyses the influence of welding deformation on the construction and welding residue stress on loading capacity of the main girders,and offers several points which should be considered during the improvement to the cranes.
