外周性性早熟病因研究进展 被引量：10

Advance of Etiology of Peripheral Precocious Puberty

摘要 外周性性早熟主要由于性腺、肾上腺等分泌性激素异常或外源性性激素所引起,是不受控于下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的青春发动。其病因复杂多样,可为先天遗传性或获得性疾病所引起。引起外周性性早熟的重要病因有McCune-Albright综合征、孤立性卵巢囊肿、家族性男性性早熟、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、肾上腺肿瘤、分泌绒毛膜促性腺激素的肿瘤、卵巢肿瘤等。近年来分子生物学的进展使得其中部分病因的发病机制得以阐明。
