摘要
分析了环模制粒机的结构、工艺与挤压过程,获得能耗计算公式,得出环模制粒机属于多变量、大滞后、不确定和非线性系统。针对采用传统控制方法难以对环模制粒机控制的问题,创新提出了基于专家系统环模制粒机控制策略,并设计了对应的知识库、推理机和控制规则集。分别对制粒主电机电流及调质器出口温度进行扰动试验,仿真结果表明,该控制策略可以有效实现环模制粒机控制。
According to analyze the structure and technology of the hoop standard granulator, and obtain the energy consumption calculation formula, and comes to the conclusion that the hoop standard granulator is a multivariate system with large time delays, and this system is also uncertain and nonlinear. Aiming at the problem that hoop standard granulator can't be controlled well by traditional methods. The author creatively designed a technique based on controlling the hoop standard granulator automatically by the expert system and the corresponding control strategy as well. In order to verify the design, some experiments were carried out under the situation of disturbance. Finally the effect of expert control system is validated by simulation.
