摘要
为了满足工程上对换热网络模拟计算的要求,本文开发了计算功能强大的换热网络模拟系统。该模拟系统分为4大模块:分解收敛模块、物性处理模块、输入输出模块和单元模块。其中单元模块包括换热器、闪蒸罐、管道、阀门和泵等子模块,因此该系统能够模拟诸多单元模块组成的网络,并且对换热器的计算能自动判断相变和温度交叉现象。除能计算常规组分外,本系统还具有处理石油馏分的能力。最后以某厂加氢裂化装置部分换热网络为例,进行了模拟验证。将模拟结果与实际结果进行比较,结果显示两者平均相对误差在5%以内,模拟结果能够满足工程计算要求,表明建立的各单元模块数学模型是正确的,开发的换热网络模拟系统是可行的。
This paper developed a Simulation System of Heat Exchanger Network with the powerful calculation, to meet the engineering requirements. The system consisted of four modules: decomposition and convergence module, physical property module, input and output module and unit module. And the unit module of included the following sub-modules: heat exchanger module, flashing module, piping module, valve module, pump module, mixer module and splitter module. So the system could simulation the network with many unit modules, and could automatically determine whether the phase changed or the temperature crossed or not for the heat exchanger module. In addition to the calculation of normal group, the system also had the capability of handling petroleum fractions. Finally, taking the part of the heat exchange network of hydrocracking unit in a plant as an example to verify the accurateness of the model. The average relative error is less than 5%, through the comparison of the simulation results and the actual results. So the simulation results can meet the requirements of engineering calculations, indicating that the establishment of the mathematical models of the various modules are correct, the development of the simulation system of heat exchanger network is feasible.
