摘要
主要以三菱PLC(FXON-60MR)作为控制器,采用PID控制技术设计了一个温度控制系统,其误差上下不超过设定值2度。并给出了硬件设计方案。简单介绍了控制系统的软件设计。我们对整个系统进行了连接调试,验证了硬件电路可行性,实测了几组试验参数,对系统进行了详细的分析。实践证明该系统具有很强的稳定性及抗干扰性能,具有一定的实际应用价值。
This paper mainly to the Mitsubishi PLC ( FXON-60MR ) as the controller, using PID control technology to design a temperature control system, the error of not more than the set value of 2 degrees. And the scheme of hardware design is presented. Brief introduction of the control system software design. The whole system is connected to verify the hardware circuit debugging, feasibility, measured in several groups of test parameters, the system carried out a detailed analysis. The practice proves that the system has very strong stability and anti-interference performance, has a certain practical value.
