摘要
公差是机械制造过程中最重要的参数之一 ,其对加工成本和产品质量有很大影响。以最低加工成本为目标 ,根据成本与公差间的函数关系 ,建立了非线性的公差优化模型 ,并采用遗传算法解决了多零件多工序非线性公差综合优化问题。实例证明该优化模型正确 。
Tolerance is one of the most important parameters in manufacturing. It has a significant impact on manufacturing cost and product quality. Aimed at the lowest manufacturing cost criterion, the non linear optimization model is established based on the cost tolerance relationship in this paper. Genetic algorithm is employed to solve the problem of integrated optimization with multi parts and multi process non linear tolerance. An example proves that the optimization model is correct and the algorithm is reliable.
