摘要
产学研R&D投入与区域经济增效存在密切关系。构建出一个由技术研发生产与技术吸收应用2个阶段组成的产学研R&D投入产出链模型,通过面板数据对理论假设作结构方程检验,之后对各区域产学研两阶段R&D投入产出效率进行实证研究。根据计算结果,按不同效率特征将我国各区域划分为"效率兼优区域"等4种不同类型并据此分析,最终给出相关政策启示。
There is close relationship between R^D investment and regional economic growth ef fieieney. This paper constructs a two-stage Industry-University-Research input-output chain model ineluding production stage and application stage of technology. According to the regional panel data of China, we verify the theoretical assumptions of this model by SEM, and measure the regional input- output efficiency of Industry-University Research investment. Based on the results of assessment, the regions ean be classified into different ranks. Finally we draw eonelusion and make certain policy sug- gestlons.
