摘要
用常压弧光等离子体多元共渗技术 ,对 1 6Mn钢和灰口铸铁进行了 B- Si- RE三元共渗。用光学显微镜、电子探针和透射电镜对共渗层的显微组织、成分和相结构进行了分析。结果表明 ,B由表及里浓度逐渐降低 ;Ce的浓度峰值在次表层。共渗层以马氏体为基 ,其上分布着块状 Fe3 ( Si,B)、Fe B及椭球状 Fe3 B。并对共渗层的硬度和耐磨性进行了测试。
The B Si RE in 16Mn and iron was performed by arc light plasma multicomponent cementation technique The composition phase structure and microstructure of the cementatioin layer were investigated by electron probe, TEM and metallurgical microscope The results show that B, Si and Ce are cemented in cementation layer, B decreases from surfact to centure, but the peak of Ce is in subsurface The cementation layer takes martensite as base structure and there are Fe 3(Si, B), FeB in block and Fe 3B in ellipsolid on it, and the microhardness and the abradability of the cementaition layer were tested
