摘要
利用电子显微镜、X射线衍射、能谱分析 ,显微硬度和快速磨损试验 ,对送粉激光熔覆层逐层剥削 ,进行组织和磨损性能的跟踪观测 ,分析了熔覆层组织特征和碳化物的分布规律 ,熔覆层强度和硬度的提高是组织细化、碳化物强化的结果。为确定激光熔覆层的加工余量提供了依据。
The microstructure and properties of the grade peeped layers which formed by powder feeding laser cladding were investigated carefully by scanning electron microscopy, X ray diffraction, energy dispersive X ray and analysis, microhardness and wear tests. The results showed that a strengthed surface layer was produced on the ADI by laser incorporating WC particles which increased the hardness and wear resistance. The method to select the machining allowance of laser cladding was formulated.
