摘要
目的探讨应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的适应症、治疗方法和临床疗效。方法应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折共50例。结果 50例患者,其中49例得到6个月～5年随访,其中优36例,良11例,差2例,优良率95.9%。结论应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折A1、A2型,临床效果可靠,固定牢固,可早期下地活动,患肢功能恢复良好;但不适用于A3型骨折。
Objective The discussion applies the DHS treatment femoral intertrochanteric fracture the indication,the method of treatment and the clinical curative effect. Methods Using dynamic hip screw treatment femoral intertrochanteric fracture altogether 50 examples. Results In which,49 examples obtained 6 months ~5year to make a follow-up visit,excellent 36 examples,still good 11 examples,difference 2 examples.The excellent and good rate was 95.9%. Conclusions The conclusion applies dynamic hip screw treatment femoral intertrochanteric fracture A1and A2,the clinical effect reliable,fixed is reliable,but under the early time,the activity contracts the extremity function to restore well,but not suitable for A3 fracture.
