摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Rab5A与CXCR4蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测106例术后乳腺癌标本、30例乳腺良性肿瘤标本Rab5A与CXCR4蛋白的表达。结果 Rab5A与CXCR4蛋白在乳腺癌组的表达率显著高于良性肿瘤组;Rab5A和CXCR4蛋白在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组中的表达率显著高于在无淋巴结转移组中的表达率,并且二者的表达程度均与淋巴结状态相关,二者的表达程度增强,发生淋巴结转移的概率增加。结论 Rab5A和CXCR4蛋白在乳腺癌的发生发展、侵袭转移中可能起到协同作用。两者联合检测对于早期诊断乳腺癌及判断其预后有重要的临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the expression and correlation of Rab5A and CXCR4 in breast cancer tissues. Methods The expression of Rab5A and CXCR4 in 106 cases of breast cancer tissues and 30 cases of benign breast disease tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The expression of Rab5A and CXCR4 were obviously stronger in breast cancer tissues than that in benign breast disease tissues;the expression of Rab5A and CXCR4 were obviously stronger in lymph node-positive cases than that in negative cases,and were correlated with lymph-node status,that is,with the two proteins expressed at higher levels,the probability of node-positive cases was enhanced. Conclusions Rab5A and CXCR4 proteins may play a synergetic role in breast cancer genesis,growth,invasion,and metastasis.It indicates that the united detection of the two proteins may offer important clinical significance for breast cancer early diagnosis and prognostication.
