摘要
真实、准确、完整、有效的数据是水利数据中心最基础和最重要的内容,以广东省水利数据中心建设为例,对水利数据中心建设中数据质量控制的目标、原则和关键环节,以及数据收集、整编、入库过程中质量控制的方法和步骤进行分析研究。研究的数据质量控制方法,具有较强的可操作性,可为今后各级水利数据中心、分中心(节点)的建设提供参考和借鉴。
Reality, accuracy, integrity and effective data are the most fundamental and important aspect for water conservancy data center. Taking Guangdong province water resources data center construction for example, the paper analyses about the principle, objective and key link of the data quality control as well as its method and step in the process of data collection, data compilation and loading. The researched data quality control method has strong operability and can be referenced for water conservancy data center and branch （nodes） construction at all levels in the future.
