摘要
从提升水利信息开发应用水平的视角,简要论述水信息学与水利信息化发展的相互关系,并以水信息满意度测度、水信息组织等理论与方法及应用为例,阐述水信息学与水利信息化协同发展的模式与主要环节,为推进水信息学研究和水利信息化的共同发展提供基本参考模型。
In the viewpoint of raising the standard of the water resource information development and application, this paper discusses the relationship of hydroinformatics and water resource information development, based on the example of the water information satisfaction measurement and organization and its use, and expounds the main line and the model of the collaborative development of hydroinformatics and water resource informatization. It provides basic reference model to promote water informatics research and water resources information common development.
