摘要
本文介绍我们研制的椎弓根钢板的特点,并经临床51例胸腰椎骨折治疗,结果证明,复位满意,内固定坚强,安全,并发症少。
In this paper,a newly designed and manufactured plate screwed in the vertebralpedicle(PSP)is reported.This method has been used to treat the thoracolumbar spinefracture in 51 cases,and a good result has been achived.Satisfactory reduction,strong internal fixation,safety and few complication were proper advantages of PSP.It shows that it is a new effective method for the treatment of thoracolumbar spinalfracture.
