山西电力建设了市级骨干光传输网并初具规模,为了采用统一平台对各市级网络设备进行管理,山西电力建设了第三方网管系统。本文介绍了第三方网管建设的背景、层次结构,并详细讲解了应用层的配置方面的内容,第三方网管系统的建设为今后专业管理提供了重要支撑。
