摘要
介绍了万吨级腈纶高速纺丝生产线的生产工艺及其电控系统控制原理,并设计了一种基于PROFIBUS总线的腈纶高速纺丝生产线自动控制系统。该系统采用西门子S7-400 PLC控制MM440变频器拖动电机运行,利用PROFIBUS总线实现系统内部控制器组网。该系统投产后运行稳定,具有良好的准确性、快速性和及时性等。
This paper describes the principle of production process and control theory of electronic control system about thou- sands of tons high-speed acrylic fiber spinning production line.Then an automatic control system of acrylic fiber spinning based on PROFIBUS is designed. The system uses Siemens S7-400 PLC control MM440 inverter to drive motors,and uses PROFIBUS to realize the internal controllers networking.
