玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 Igl的探讨玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠的临床疗效。方法选择就诊我院经过完善根管治疗后的前牙残根残冠患者56例、96颗患牙作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用玻璃纤维桩形成树脂核进行全冠修复。对照组采用传统的铸造金属桩核冠修复。修复后经1～2a随访观察并对两组临床疗效比较分析。结果玻璃纤维桩组在残根残冠的修复中成功率（937％）高于对照组（79．2％），统计学有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论玻璃纤维桩在前牙残根残冠的修复中效果显著，临床效果满意。
