问期核荧光原位杂交技术与染色体核型分析的比较

摘要 目的比较180例羊水间期细胞染色体13，18，21，x和Y荧光原位杂交（FISH）技术与染色体核型分析的结果，评估间期核FISH技术作为染色体异常独立测试的安全性并分析漏诊染色体异常的类别。方法以染色体核型分析作为金标准．比较了2011年1-12月180例羊水间期核FISH技术与染色体核型分析的结果。结果在180例样本中染色体13，18，21，x和YFISH技术共发现4例染色体异常，漏诊一例嵌合体。染色体核型分析共发现8例染色体异常（包括5例非整倍体）。染色体异常率为4．44％，非整倍体率为62．5％。结论本研究不建议间期核FISH技术作为检测染色体异常的独立测试。
