MsS导波技术在海洋钻井平台输油管道检测中的应用

摘要 海洋钻井平台工艺管道工况复杂,管道常规检测方法难以满足检测要求,迫切需要一种有效的在线检测技术。鉴于低频超声导波技术是管道在线检测的有效手段,本研究采用MsS导波技术对某平台的带套管的入海输油管道进行了在线检测试验,讨论了检测频率的选择要求,设计制作了试验样管,对样管进行了检测验证。样管检测和在用管道在线检测验证试验表明,MsS导波技术是解决海洋平台工艺管道在线检测技术难题的一种有效手段,可为今后同类管道的在线检测提供参考。 Due to the complicacy of the working condition of off-shore drilling platform process pipeline, it is difficult to meet the detection requirements for the conventional detection methods for the pipeline. So there is an urgent need to find an effective detection technique for in service inspection of pipeline. In view of the low frequency ultrasonic guided wave technique as an effective means of pipeline on-line detection, the on-line detection test to oilpipeline into the sea with the casing of platform was carried out, the selection requirements of detection frequency were discussed, and the test sample tube was made and tested. It was showed the MsS guided wave technique was a kind of effective means to solve the ocean platform process pipe on-line detection technique difficulty, which would provide the reference for the on-line detection of the same type pipe in the future.
