New Development and Application of Cold Spray Technology

摘要 冷喷涂技术是近几年发展起来的新型喷涂工艺,低压冷喷涂是基于原冷喷涂技术上的一种改进,它与高压冷喷涂一样是冷喷涂技术的最常见的两个分支。通过对低压冷喷涂与原冷喷涂技术的工艺差别的比较,从技术原理、涂层的制备和性能分析的角度,分析这种新型的低压喷涂技术的应用前景。 Cold spray coatings may be classified as high-pressure cold spray (HPCS) and low-pressure cold spray(LPCS) on the basis of the stagnation pressure of the working gas, and the LPCS technology is developed one recently. Cold spraying technology uses kinetic energy instead of heat energy to form coating, under the powder unmelted conditions. This can avoid the powder oxidation reaction; And the coating is completely the result of the impact of the kinetic energy, so it can improve the bonding strength of the coating, also reduce the porosity. Compared with the traditional hot effect formed coating, cold spraying has its distinct advantage. The differences between low pressure cold spraying and the original cold spraying was compared, and the from technical principle, coating of preparation and performance were analyzed. The application prospect of this new type of low pressure spraying technology was discussed.
