摘要
目前在高职法学专业进行的考试改革已经取得了一定的成绩,但也存在认识不清、随意性强、规范性低以及难以与其他教育制度相衔接等问题。为了促进考试改革的可持续发展,真正提高职法学专业的教学质量,应进一步深化认识,提高考试改革的规范性并兼顾其选拔功能。
Recently the examination reform has been making some progress in higher vocatioanal education, but many problems still exist, such as ambiguous understanding about examination reform, arbitrary reform lack of standards and having difficulty in converging with other education system. In order to promote the sustainable development of examination reform and improve the quality of higher vocatioanal education, we should enhance the understanding about examination reform, strenghten the stardardlization and balance both the selective and diagnostic funciton of the examination.
