摘要
建立测定千柏鼻炎片中金丝桃苷含量的HPLC法。采用Apollo C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%醋酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为360nm。金丝桃苷在0.0150～0.2260mg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);方法回收率为98.75%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用用于千柏鼻炎片中金丝桃苷的含量测定。
HPLC A HPLC method was esiablished for the tletrmination of Hyperoside in Qianbai Biyan Pian.Apollo C18 was used with,Acetonitrile-0.1%Phosphoric Acid（20：80）as amobile phase,The flow rale was 1.0mLmin-1,The detection wavelength was 360nm,The linear of Hyperoside was in the range of 0.1500～2.2600 mgml-1（r=0.9999）.The mean recovery rate was 98.75%,RSD was 1.65（%n=6）.This method is simple.rapid and accurate,and can be used as the quality control of Qianbai Biyan Pian.
