胸外科手术患者麻醉恢复期护理体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究胸外科手术患者麻醉恢复期的护理手段与护理效果;方法:选取我院于2008年3月到2010年3月收治的360例接受胸外科手术的患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者的心率、血氧饱和度与血压的变化情况,对麻醉恢复期进行评分,比较患者入室与出室时的不同表现,探究麻醉恢复期内的护理手段;结果:患者入室与出室时血压的比较差异P>0.05,不具统计学意义,心率的比较差异P>0.05,不具统计学意义,血氧饱和度的比较差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义;结论:进行胸外科手术患者麻醉恢复期护理时,需调整患者的呼吸系统与循环系统,使其保持良好运作,帮助患者清醒。拔除气管插管时,需测定患者的每分通气量与潮气量,确保安全操作。在恢复室期间,护理人员应密切关注患者的基本生命体征。这些护理手段的应用能够有效达成预期的护理目标。
