摘要
本文首先从青海全科医生培养取得的成效入手,实事求是的分析论证了青海全科医生培养过程中档案管理存在的突出问题,进而有针对性的从六个方面提出了加快培养青海全科医生以及培养全科医生档案管理的途径.
This article starts of Archives Management rom showing the achievements of training Qinghai general practioners.Truthfully it proves the typical problems in Archives Management during the training,and then directly raises ways to speed up training Qinghai general practioners as well as Qinghai general practioners Archives Management from six aspects.
