摘要
用常规石蜡切片法研究了牡丹三个种七个品种的雄蕊发育过程,结果表明3个种极为相似,大部分差别表现在数量特征上,说明种的特征在这一阶段的组织和细胞水平尚未明显反映出来,但就牡丹各种及品种在不同发育期所表现出的结构特征的微小差异以及发育节律的分化在物种形成、亲缘关系及育种实践方面的意义进行了讨论.
The development of anthers of 3 species of woody peonies was studied.The result shows that the main processes of anther development in three peony species are similar,and the differences among them are only in some quantitative characters and the rhythm of development process of microspores and male gametes.It indicates that properties of the species do not obviously appear as yet at the tissue level during the development of anthers.But the taxonomic significance of the differences of their development rhythm,the evolutional relationship among the 3 species according to their quantitative character differences,and the theoretical and practical significance of these differences on their genetic breeding are discussed.
