摘要
本文研究了数论函数在其自变量的因数集合上双重求和的可交换性质.讨论了这些性质在推导莫比乌斯反演公式及解决可重圆排列问题中的应用.
This paper considers the commutative property of the double summation of number-theoretic function,while the subscript of the summation runs over the set of the argument＇s submultiples.Moreover,it discusses the applications of properties in deducing the Mbius inversion formula and figuring out the repeatable circular-permutation problem.
