摘要
本文结合胶鞋工业生产实践,对扩大合成胶用量问题进行探索。以价廉的合成胶代替传统的天然胶生产足球鞋黑大底,通过实验,采用合适的生产工艺,选取最佳配方,对要试片进行拉伸强度、永久变形等各项性能测试,获得较为满意的结果,使产品性能满足使用求,达到国家标准。
This report is a Probe into the question of extending the utility of synthetic rubber in the manufacture of rubber-soled shoes.In order to use Low-price synthetic rubber as a substitute for the traditional natural rubber in the manufacture of black soles,a series of experiments were performed,and an appropiate process and optimum composition have been found.Characteristic such as Tearing strength, permanent deformation and others were tested in samples,and the results were found to be satisfactory.The goods so manufactured will attain goverment standards and will satisfy the end user.
