摘要
高校间的竞争是市场经济条件下不可避免的产物,获取更多的优质教育资源是其竞争的焦点,高校满足目标市场对高等教育需求的能力直接体现了其竞争力的大小。苏北的新建高校由于办学时间短、基础薄弱而面临着严峻的竞争挑战,这需要新建高校对自身的高教产品及目标市场有清晰的认识,才能科学合理定位,吸引更多的目标市场对高校发展的投入,实现竞争力的稳步提升。
Competition among the colleges is inevitable in market economy. The focus of the competition is to get more high quality educational resources. Whether the colleges can meet the needs of the target market is the direct embodiment of its competitive power. The new-built colleges in northern Jiangsu face the serious challenges for its weak base. So only the new colleges having a clear understanding of its products and the target market can they have a scientific positioning and get more investment from the target market to realize the enhancement of competitiveness.
