摘要
建立深海鱼油中维生素E含量的测定方法,用甲醇-乙腈-二氯甲烷(1∶1∶1)作为溶剂溶解样品,利用高效液相色谱法测定样品中维生素E的含量.结果显示康麦斯深海鱼油中维生素E含量为0.484 6 mg/g.该方法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高.
To establish the method for determination of Vitamin E in Deep-sea Fish oil. Sample is dissolved by methanol ： acetonitrile ： methylene chloride （ 1 ： 1 ： 1 ）, and Vitamin E is determined by HPLC. The content of Vitamin E in K. Max Deep-sea Fish oil is 0.484 6 mg/g. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
