摘要
文章介绍了沙坪煤矿作为山西省实施"关小建大、资源整合"煤炭产业政策第一个示范性资源整合项目,将九座地方小窑整合一起,仅用了14个月建成一座大型现代化煤矿的建设特色,提出了简化生产系统、合理集中生产、加快煤矿建设速度、降低投资、提高综合效益的做法,可供条件类似煤矿在设计、建设中借鉴。
The paper introduced Shaping Mine as the first demo resources integrated project of the coal industrial policy with ＂closing small mines and building large mine,resources integration＂ conducted in Shanxi Province.Nine local small mines were integrated and a large modernized mine was constructed only with 14 months.A simplified production system,rational centralized production,speeding up of mine construction,investment reduction and comprehensive benefit improvement were provided and could be the references to the design and construction of the mines with the similar conditions.
