摘要
目的探讨定向硬通道技术在自发性小脑出血(SCH)中的应用。方法对31例SCH的患者行定向硬通道技术治疗按格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评价结果。结果 31例患者出院时,良好27例,轻残2例,中残1例,死亡1例。术后随访无再出血病例。结论定向硬通道技术是治疗自发性小脑出血的一种微创、安全、有效的方法。
Objective to study the directional hardware channel technology in the application of spontaneous small intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 31 cases of spontaneous small cerebral hemorrhage patients do directional hardware channel treatment technology.Results thirty-one patients the hospital,according to Glasgow prognostic score（GOS） evaluation results,good 27 cases,the light in 2 cases,residual in 1 case,death in 1.Patients were followed up is no longer bleeding cases.Conclusion directional hardware channel technology is treating spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage small a minimally invasive,safe and effective method.
