摘要
目的:观察和胃降逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例。治疗组口服和胃降逆汤治疗;对照组采用硫糖铝和多潘立酮治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率94.6%;对照组83.9%,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:和胃降逆汤治疗胆计反流性胃炎疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of the Hewei Jiangni decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis. Methods： 112 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 56 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the Hewei Jiangni decoction; the control group was given sucralfate and domperidone treatment. Results： The total efficiency was 94.6% in the treatment group and 83.9% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Hewei Jiangni decoction was effective in treating bile reflux gastritis.
