通过全程跟踪审计在高校基本建设中的应用,根据其在高校基本建设顺利开展中的保驾护航作用得到了充分体现,提出了高校基本建设"全过程跟踪审计"制度的实施方法,阐述了"全程跟踪审计"的步骤、内容、重点,为高校基建的顺利开展提供了制度保障。
According to the application of the auditing of the whole process in the infrastructure construction of colleges, the paper indicates the implementation methods for the system of the auditing of the whole process in the infrastructure construction in colleges according to its full reflec tion of its guidance in the infrastructure construction of colleges, and illustrates the steps, the contents, and the main points for the auditing of the whole process, so as to provide the system guarantee for the smooth implementation of the infrastructure construction in colleges.
