摘要
通过分析目前监理行业从业人员现状,总结了监理从业人员构成存在的主要问题,并提出了稳定监理从业人员的相关对策,从而使我国的工程监理事业健康有序的发展。
Through the analysis on current personnel situation of supervision industry, summed up the main problems of supervision personnel constitution, and put forward the relevant countermeasure of stability of supervision personnel, so as to make our engineering supervision industry healthy and orderly development.
