摘要
针对我国近期高速公路改扩建的大趋势,提出高速公路改扩建的总体原则和方案,对高速公路改扩建过程中的关键技术问题:新旧道路的拼接与衔接问题、交通组织与管理问题、环境保护和恢复问题,提出有效的解决思路和解决方法,对高速公路改扩建工程具有参考意义。
For the trend of the reconstruction and extension of freeway recently, the general principle and the project are proposed for the recon struction and extension of freeway. Some effective ideas and methods are proposed for the key technical problems in the reconstruction and exten- sion of freeway, such as the problems of the splicing and connection between the new and the old roads, the traffic organization and management, the environment protection and recovery. The contents in the paper can give useful guide to the reconstruction and extension engineering of free way.
