摘要
针对大学生就业中暴露出的非智力因素欠缺问题,剖析了非智力因素对大学生就业竞争力的作用以及非智力因素影响就业力的现状和原因,并就如何加强大学生非智力因素的培养,提升大学生就业竞争力,提出了一系列建设性措施。
The problem of the employment of college students reveals a lack of non-intellectual factors and analyzes the employment of non-intellectual factors on the competitiveness of students. Non-intellectu- al factors are found to affect the employment status and power reasons. A series of constructive measures is proposed so that students can strengthen the non-intellectual factors, and enhance their employability and competitiveness.
