摘要
为了提高采煤机的块煤产出率,1988年煤炭科学研究总院上海分院与山西阳泉矿务局共同改造了波兰KWB—3RDU型采煤机滚筒,经工业性试验测定,25mm以上的块煤率比原波兰滚筒提高了8.86％,取得了明显的经济效果。文章介绍了改造滚筒的具体做法。
In Order to raise the production of large coals, the drum of Poland made shearer Type KWB63RDU was reformed by Shanghai Branch of the Central Coal Mining Research Institute together with Yang-Quan Mine Bureau, Shan-Xi Province in 1988. An industrial determination showed that large coals over 25mm produced Were 8.86％ more than that of the shearer with original drum. The paper introduces concretely how the drum was reformed.
