摘要
热轧带肋钢筋一般采用理论交货,需要定支打捆,过去采用人工数钢计数的方式,效率比较低下。八钢引进安装了一套棒材在线计数器,实现了在线连续自动计数,生产人员配合分钢,效果较好,满足了八钢现场快速生产的需要。
Hot rolled ribbed bars for general use theory of delivery,needs supporting bundling,past by artificial number steel counting mode,low efficiency.Introduction of the installation of a set of on-line bar counter,realizes the on-line continuous,automatic counting,production staff with bars,good effect,to meet the need of rapid production at the scene.
