摘要
文章对河北农业大学教学实验林场10年来的发展实践进行了探索总结:解放思想,转变观念,从自身实际情况出发,夯实基础,服务教学;创新经营机制,多渠道整合资源;树立可持续发展经营理念,为长远发展奠定基础使林场走出困境,迈向了良性循环。
This article summarizes the ten years＇ practice of the teaching experimental forest of Agricultural University of Hebei,providing some useful lessons for the reform and development of state-owned forest farms and a clear direction for forestry majors.For years,the leaders of the forest emancipate the mind and change concepts.Starting from the actual situation,their working center is always to lay a solid foundation and serve the teaching.Meanwhile,the management mechanism is innovated and resources are integrated from multi channels.What＇s more,a sustainable development philosophy has been established to lay a solid foundation for long-term development,which makes the forest out of the woods and go for a virtuous circle.
