摘要
河北农业大学坚持学科建设的龙头地位,近年来学科学位点数量大幅增加,层次明显提高,为实现特色鲜明的高水平大学建设目标奠定了良好的基础。文章简述了河北农业大学的学科特色,回顾了学校学科建设发展历史,说明了学校在学位授权点、重点学科及科研平台等方面的现状,分析了学科布局、领军人物、管理机制等方面存在的问题,提出了新时期学科建设的工作思路,并在优化学科专业结构、培育国家重点学科、实施人才振兴学科计划、重点学科建设改革、创新管理机制等方面提出了对策和工作设想。
Agricultural University of Hebei（AUH） insists on discipline construction in the leading position.Recent years,the number of subjects has substantially increased,with the level significantly improved,which lays a good foundation in order to realize the distinct features of the high level university construction target.This paper describes the characteristics of AUH,reviews the discipline construction development history,states the status of degree authorization,key subjects and research platform and other aspects.By analyzing the existence problems of the layout of disciplines,leaders,management mechanism,the discipline construction working plan of new period is put forward,including the countermeasures and ideas on optimizing the structure of discipline,cultivating national key disciplines,and the implementation of talents to revitalize the multidisciplinary program,key discipline construction reform,and innovation of management mechanism.
