摘要
目的通过对医院实施临床路径的20个临床科室在实施临床路径前后的成长指标进行比较分析,评价临床路径管理对公立医院内部成长所发挥的作用。方法利用文献研究法确定19个反映学习与成长的评价指标,分为医疗质量、医院员工、医院文化、医院核心竞争力等四个方面,对南京医科大学附属无锡二院实施临床路径的20个科室进行调查。所有调查指标均与前一年同期数据进行比较分析。结果与前一年同期相比,平均住院天数、规范化培训覆盖率、员工满意度、科研成果奖项或奖励、办公自动化程度等指标方面均有显著性差异。结论临床路径管理可以提高医疗服务质量、促进医务人员自身成长、加快医院文化建设步伐、提升医院核心竞争力,有利于强化公立医院的成长与发展。
Objective: To evaluate the role of clinical route management in the internal growth of public hospitals by comparative analysis on growth indexes before and after the practice of clinical route in 20 clinical departments. Methods: The authors confirm with literature research that 19 evaluation indexes reflect study and growth. The indexes cover medical quality, hospital staff, hospital culture, and hospital core competence. Twenty departments in Wuxi No. 2 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, which are practicing clinical route, are investigated and all the investigated indexes are given comparative analysis with the indexes of the same periods of last year. Results: Compared with the indexes of the same periods of last year, the indexes of average hospitalization days, coverage of standardized training, satisfaction degree of staff members, scientific research achievement awards or rewards and office automation degree differ strikingly. Conclusion: Clinical route management can improve medical service quality, promote the growth of medical workers themselves, accelerate the construction of hospital culture, improve hospital core competence and benefit to the enhancement of the growth and development of public hospitals.
