摘要
目的分析精神专科医院外科住院患者精神病共病的流行病学情况及特征。方法外科住院患者791例,对其中共患精神病者进行统计学分析。结果 791例患者中共患精神病59例,精神病前3位分别为精神分裂症、抑郁症、神经症;外科疾病前3位分别为骨折、脑外伤、肠梗阻。结论精神专科医院外科住院患者精神病共病比例高,共患疾病有相关性。
Objective To study the epidemiological status and characteristics on psychiatric comorbidity of inpatients from surgery department of psychiatric hospitals. Method Take statistic analysis on patients with psychiatric comorbidity from 791 inpatients from surgery department. Result There are 59 psychiatric comorbidity patients from 791 patients.The first three of psychosis are schizophrenia,depression and neurosis and the first three surgical diseases are fracture,brain injury and intestinal obstruction. Conclusion There is a high level of psychiatric comorbidity among inpatients from surgery department of psychiatric hospitals.There is correlation between comorbidity diseases.
