摘要
:应用床边锥颅血肿碎吸、大剂量尿激酶溶解引流治疗硬膜外血肿 4 7例。结果表明 :本法是一种操作简便、手术时间短、损伤轻、出血少、安全有效的治疗方法 ,特别是对于血肿量不多 ,或不能耐受手术的病人 。
Fourty-seven patients with traumatic extradural hematoma received the treatment of simplified orient trephining, puncture and aspiration dissolution with high dose urokinase. It indicats that it is a safe, effective therapy of simplified operation, short operating time, slight injury and less hemorrhage. This operative means is worth to popularize, especially for patients who suffered from slight hematoma and can not endure operation.
