摘要
目的 探讨 6 0 d水下航行对海员体能的影响。方法 对 2 2名海员采用踏阶功量计算法 ,航行前与航行后运动量相同 ,测定踏阶功率并计算 PWC1 70 、VO2 max/ kg等指标 ,根据 GJB1337- 92进行分级评价。结果 航行后 PWC1 70 、VO2 max/ kg较航行前分别下降 16 .0 7%和 11.11% ( P<0 .0 1) ;下降幅度 >2 5 %者占 2 2 .7% ,航行后海员的体能优秀、良好等级者减少而较差、差等级者增加。结论 6
Objective To investigate the influence on seamen′s physical work capacity after a 60 days under water voyage.Methods The workload of 22 seamen were measured by stair stepping exercise and the amount of exercise was the same before and after the voyage.The indexes of PWC 170 ,PWC 170 /kg,V O 2max and V O 2max /kg were calculated to reflect the changes of their physical work capacity.Results The indexes of PWC 170 and V O 2max /kg after the voyage declined by 16.07% and 11.11% respectively as compared to those before the voyage(P<001)and 22.7% of the seamen had more than 25% reduction.After the voyage,the seamen′s physical work capacity classified as excellent and well grades decreased while that of poor and bad grades increased.Conclusions The seamen′s physical work capacity and maximum oxygen intake were shown decreased significantly after a 60 days under water voyage.
