摘要
研究设计了一种基于CAN总线的数字化、模块化及网络化方案。系统以PC104单板计算机作为控制中心,通过CAN总线与各部件的连接和通信,实现对多机构、多路位置的控制。采用CANopen总线I/O模块实现各种不同的传感器、电磁阀等输入输出元件与CAN总线的连接,使系统具有了良好的扩展性且布线简单。降低了系统成本和维护保养费、提高了系统可靠性。为以后弹药装填控制系统的设计提供参考。
Via investigation,put forward the numerical,modular and network scheme.PC104-SBC was the control center of the scheme,and achieved the control of the multi-machine and multi-position loop,by connecting and keeping communication with other parts via CAN bus.All in-out components such as Sensors and electromagnetism-valves were joined to the CAN bus through CANopen bus I/O modules.This control system has many good characteristic,such as better expansibility,convenient for laying cables,reducing the system design and maintaining cost,and increasing the reliability of the system.The scheme provides reference for subsequent designing of the Ammunition Handling Control System.
