摘要
探讨脑电图对流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎提供依据和评价疾病严重程度 ,疗效和预后的意义。方法 :对 2 13例腮腺炎的脑电图进行回顾分析。结果 :2 13例中 ,190例脑电图异常。结论 :流腮并发脑炎早期敏感性高 ,对诊断有指导作用 ,可作为推断本病的严重程度及治疗效果的根据之一。
Objective:To study the value of EEG to the diagnosis of mumps encephalitis and the judgement of its severity,effect of treatment,and prognosis.Method:EEGs of 213 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Result:190 patients showed abnormal EEGs.Conclusion:EEG was highly sensitive in the early stage,and was useful to the diagnosis and the evaluation of patient's condition and therapeutic effectiveness of mumps encephalitis.
