摘要
人力资源管理中的绩效考核管理作为整个企业激励体制中的基础已成为企业管理中的核心部分。通过研究分析,探讨了绩效考核中存在的误区和难点,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策。
As the base of incentive system of whole enterprises,performance appraisal management of human resource management has become core parts of enterprises management.Through research and analysis,the author discussed exist mistake areas and difficulties in performance appraisal.Finally,the author put forward related countermeasures.
