摘要
冰凌现象是冬季河流出现的特殊冰情现象,一般多出现在北方河流中,准确掌握河道冰流量总量及其变化规律,对于防治冰情灾害,并在水利水电建设、工农业生产、交通运输等方面具有重要的意义。本文通过冬季测验总结的经验,探讨适合冬季河流冰流量测验的有效方法,供各位同仁参考,并提出宝贵意见。
Ice in the rivers is the special conditions in winter rivers,and more generally in the northern rivers.It has a great significance to accurate knowledge of the total variation of river ice discharge,for the prevention and treatment of the disasters of the ice conditions,and in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower,industrial and agricultural production,transportation and other aspects.This paper summarizes the experience of the winter tests,explores effective methods which are suitable for winter river ice flow tests;It can be a reference of the familiar projects.
